Fully furnished 3 br house with many amenities has a bedroom available on November 1st or sooner if needed. House is fully set up with a large kitchen, living room, back deck, bbq, gardens front and back, exercise equipment, music room, and it is also right next to a large park. Roommates like cooking, board games, playing music, tennis in the park next door and working in the garden. Looking for someone that is friendly but independent.
Located close to Jubilee Hospital, Camosun Lansdowne Campus, and UVic, this would be great for a student or someone working in town.
We already have one cat and two dogs that live in the separate basement suite so no more pets please.
Price listed is for an unfurnished room including all utilities, Internet and Netflix, but the room can also be furnished upon request.
