Furnished private bedroom in shared 1400 sqft two bed, two bath suite available May 1st for short term (2 - 2.5 month) rental.
The room is furnished with a queen bed and a desk, also includes linens and towels. There's a very large closet and its own private ensuite with shower. Utilities (no cable) are included in the rent.
The suite is located off Gorge Rd on the water side, near Mayfair Mall. The suite is a 30min walk to downtown or a 10min drive, the #11 bus with direct service to downtown and UVic is ½ a block away with access to the Galloping Goose only 3 blocks - great central location!
The room is best suited for one person and that person must love (or at least tolerate) the old black dog and his not so gregarious cat who also live in the suite with their Mum. The old dog really likes it when a student comes to stay - he's a big help with studying!
I work days M-F so a person that works shifts or graveyards wouldn't work. The room is not wheel chair accessible as there are stairs to the entrance of the suite. There is evening and weekend parking only on the street - daytime (8-6) street parking is ONLY ONE HOUR. Must be a non-smoker!
