I am renting the large master bedroom (pictured in the first two images) of my very spacious and bright two bedroom condo, located by Oak Bay. The room is beautifully furnished. The condo has a balcony. 
Absolutely wonderful location. A short walk away from Oak Bay Village with its cafes, restaurants, shops, and banks as well as Windsor Park and scenic Oak Bay Marina. Across the street from Shoppers Drug Mart and very close to the Red Barn, Save-On Foods, and Fairway Supermarket. Also walking distance to the Oak Bay Recreation Centre (swimming pool and gym) as well as the Monterrey Recreation Centre. A bus stop is located nearby, and you can easily reach downtown, UVic, Camosun College, and the Hillside Shopping Centre in about 10 to 15 minutes. Perfect for a student.  
You would have the master bedroom to yourself, and would share the kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, deep freeze, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, etc.), bathroom, and very comfortable dining and living rooms with one other person (me). If desired, an additional small fridge can be placed in your room.  
Rent is $750 a month and includes internet, Netflix, and all utilities. Coin laundry on site. Available immediately. Rent is on a month-to-month basis, though I would prefer someone planning to stay for at least a year.
