Furnished bedrooms, Esquimalt condo in Victoria, British Columbia

Hi there!
We are a couple, owning a large condo on Esquimalt road, on bus route directly to downtown. Social felines also live here (so we cannot accomadate any renters with pets) We have 1 spare bedroom to rent, approx 12x13.
We are looking for a quiet, very respectful, tidy individual. Students or working individuals are welcome to live with us, and we can provide (some) furniture for your bedroom.
The bathroom and the kitchen are shared.
We don't provide TV for the bedroom.
No smoking or drugs in or on property.
We do not drink, but if you do, that you do it very respectfully (please do not get drunk here, come home drunk causing noise, etc.
We do not allow guests.
Rent is $550 per month on a 3 month minimum basis. There are no additional fees, just this flat rate. It includes electric/hydro/wifi. We also have laundry in the building for only $1 per wash and per dry.
A deposit of $300 is required which will also put the room on hold for you.
