Student or someone with a nine-to-five job wanted.
This 1 bedroom has the private room for rent (picture 6), the living room has been smartly divided into my (a second) bedroom (picture 3-4).
The ideal roommate will need to come in (if at all) before midnight during weekdays and overnight guests on Friday and Saturday are fine.
The room is a pretty decent size and it comes furnished with a bed, night table, lamp, desk, chair, closet, mini fridge and all the bedsheets.
All the utilities as well as Wi-Fi are included.
The kitchenette has utensils, pots, dishes, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, there is in building laundry ($).
We are one block away from the food market, Macs, the bus, restaurants, bars, coffee shops... and in walking distance from the downtown area, (Fernwood).
The rules are pretty straightforward, ie. no party animals, no smoking inside the unit and no drugs.
Chores are shared ie. Cleaning the kitchen and bathroom (your room is expected to be kept clean as well).
The deposit is for the half month, you will need a cheque for the 1rst month's rent as well and references.
