We have 1 fully furnished room available July 1 for a serious student who wants to live in a beautiful shared character house.
YOU: a fabulous female student, serious about your studies. Non-smoker, no pets.
YOU WANT: a great living environment you share with other fabulous female housemates. Fixed rental costs that don't change when roommates move in or out. A clean, tidy place to live (and you are willing to help keep it that way - if you expect the "housekeeping fairy" to clean up after you, please look elsewhere).
YOUR NEW HOME: a beautiful, shared character house. This is a NO-parties, NO-smoking house. Fully furnished. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Living room with leather furniture, flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player. Laundry downstairs (included in utilities, no coins needed, save about $25/month over coin-op!). Wi-Fi is available, shared by housemates (who get student rates).
YOUR ROOM: Your room is upstairs. All rooms are fully furnished with comfortable beds, roomy dressers, desks, an office chair and reading lamp. Even the bedding is provided. Check out the virtual tour to see what your new room looks like.
LOCATION: one block from Gorge waterway. On a great bus route: #11 bus goes downtown, to UVic, and to shopping. The #8 bus goes to Camosun College, Lansdowne or Interurban campus. Near Gorge Park and the Galloping Goose bike trail. (Parking onsite for bicycles only - car parking is on the street.) Note: this is NOT a great location for Royal Roads students unless you have a car.
AVAILABILITY: Room #2 is available July 1, and is $560 plus $65/month utilities. (Fixed utility costs so no surprises.) Room rates are based on room sizes.
YOUR LANDLORDS: Very chill people who live in a separate house on the same property. Can help you settle in and answer any questions you may have about the area or Victoria. (Note: landlords share common areas for access to basement workshop.)
