Hi there!
My name is Kailee. I am 18 and currently studying nursing at Sprott Shaw College here in Victoria. I am looking for one female roommate to fill one bedroom in a two bedroom basement suite in the Gordon Head area. You'd live with me, a super friendly and clean individual. The price is $1000 per month, including utilities, and internet is an extra cost, but it's pretty cheap. The suite is fully furnished and the room has a double bed, window, closet and chair. One full bathroom with bathtub and shower, full kitchen with all new appliances including a dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge, dishes and cutlery are also included, as well as brand new Samsung washer and dryer, and a living room with couches and carpet included.
The place is brand new, has just been renovated and we are the first to live in it, so it isn't pristine yet but will be upon arrival. Everything that is pictured is included (except the dog).
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Close to 27 and 28 bus routes along routes to UVIC, downtown and the Oak Bay area.
Rent starts May 1 until the end of August with a high likelihood of a one year lease starting in September.
Dog not included, she is my landlord's who will occasionally visit the place (a hypoallergenic Bouvier. she is super sweet)
