I am looking for a female roommate to sublet a room in my 2 bedroom apartment. Preferably a working, young professional who is responsible and reliable. If this sounds like you please continue reading:
Amazing location at Johnson and Cook in a 4 year old building. Mountains can be seen on clear days!
Open floor plan, big floor to ceiling windows, bright and spacious living/dining/kitchen area, hardwood floors throughout.
Laundry in suite - ecofriendly washer/dryer.
Room can be furnished with a double mattress if needed. Living room is furnished but there is room for a couple extra pieces.
Both rooms share one bathroom - deep tub and great water pressure.
High-end kitchen with dishwasher.
Rent is 875 per month which includes hot water. Hydro and internet are extra (approx. 45 for both).
Available February 1st until June 30th.
