Hi there,
After spending 7 months in this beautiful house, it is time for us to leave the country!
we are looking for a couple to take over to the month to month contract, starting from April 15th
You're gonna share the house with 2 friendly individuals: Danny (the actual tennant), working full time, and Eddy, yoga teacher, both in their 30's and each in a separate room...and a quiet old fat cat, Danny's!
rent is 1050/month + utilities (which are 100ish more or less depending of season) whole house is around $2200
Our room is the biggest and the best !(far from the kitchen the bathroom and the street!) We have some furnitures that we can leave if it accomodates you, otherwise we will get rid of them (king size very comfy bed + bedding (no frame), wall integrated closet + 2 cupboards
The house is surprisingly quiet whereas centraly located. Our bedroom wich is the biggest of 3 is not facing the street side.
The house is luminous with big windows which will be appreciated for the summer days!
The living room is very spacious and you'll find everything you need in the kitchen.
Store your bikes inside, behind the front door. Sorry, parking space in front of the house is private.
