2 month shared (with me) sublet March-April, potentially able to take over my lease when I leave for treeplanting. Cook Street Village area, backyard is essentially Beacon Hill park. Less than 10 minute walk to downtown. $400, all utilities included. Looking for a roommate to share my one bedroom apartment for a couple months until I leave for planting. The catch is the apartment's one bedroom. We would convert the half the living space into a bedroom. I love this apartment and am looking for a female roommate who falls in love with it as well. I'm sad I'll be leaving the place at the end of April, but can't afford it on my own. It's a great apartment for couples.
