Community minded roomie wanted in Victoria, British Columbia

We are looking for a community-minded person to share our beautiful character home in Fernwood, for short-term - July 1st, 2019 until September 30th, 2019 (3 months).
Our house is very spacious and bright with a huge kitchen that opens up to a delightful two-tiered patio for morning yoga, coffee... or to soak up the afternoon sun. There is also a big living room and dining room to lounge in. You would of course get your own standard size bedroom (10"x16.5") and would be sharing a fully renovated spa-inspired bathroom with us. There is a decent size backyard with fruit trees, great neighbours, plenty of street parking, bike storage and your very own apartment size fridge. If you like to garden, there is space for it!
About us: We are a family of three - two healthy working professionals and an energetic, happy and loving 8 year old daughter (she is a sucker for a hug)! We value health, community, personal growth, good communication, the environment and it is important for us to find the right person whose values with align with ours, to share our living space with.
About you: We are wanting to attract someone who is employed, active and in a good space mentally and emotionally. It is our hope to provide a happy and healthy space for someone to thrive in. You must have references.
Please note, unlike pictures, the room will be rented furnished.
