Move in ready to this clean, quiet home ideal for responsible student (international students welcomed!) who is looking for a homestay-like environment. I have 6 years experience hosting over 50 students from abroad who have enjoyed the home-away-from-home I provide.
Fully furnished room (single bed) available in my 3 bedroom condo located just 6 minutes to downtown with the bus stop at our doorstep. Uptown, Mayfair, Save-On-Foods, and 24hr Thriftys are a short walk away.
Includes ALL utilities (wireless internet, in-suite laundry, hydro, hot water) and use of fully equipped kitchen, cookware and linens. Plus provision of home supplies such laundry detergent/toilet paper/paper towels/dish detergent/cleaning supplies. Bedroom furnished with bed, desk, lamp, closet, shelf space, use of hair dryer. Meals can be added for an additional rate.
Females only, as I currently host another international female homestay student. No smoking, drugs, or pets.
