This rental is for a 3 month minimum stay. I get along with types that are clean of themselves and of their surroundings. This ad is for a female with a stable source of revenue, late 20's to late 30's who doesn't mind sharing a suite with a respectful male (40's).
The rest of the apartment is fully decorated and includes kitchen appliances, utensils, heat, hot water, hi speed internet, a full bathroom , sofa, sound system (there's an app for that) and a small balcony with table and chairs! The building has recently been updated and is maintained properly, it has in building laundry($) and a carport is available.
It's a 2 minute walk to buses, all kinds of markets, stores, restaurants, coffee shops and of course a super laid back hood.
Walk to downtown in under fifteen minutes.
