It is a pleasant 25 min. walk through the park to downtown, and the best jogging area in the city. Residents: retired English teacher owner and 1 other roomer. Extreme speed cable with wireless routers and this room has its own TV and DVD player. Share kitchen, laundry etc. with owner and other roomer. The upstairs, with its own bathroom, is shared with other roomer, as is the main floor den. Covered outside smoking on the back deck. Prefer rental on a semester or academic year basis.
