We are looking for a responsible person to share a house with four others adults and a cat.
We are all hard working, open-minded, live pretty healthy life-styles and get along.
What else? We are pretty Eco-conscious and are sliding towards veganism. We tidy up after ourselves and pull our communal weight. We are considerate of each other's work, school or training schedules, particularly when it comes to noise at night. You will need to be considerate too.
The house is in an excellent location in Rockland- a 5 minutes' walk to the UVic, bus and an easy walk downtown. The room is at the back of the house. It is private, quiet, with a large window looking over the back yard. The room comes with a closet, a dresser, new mattress and bedding, etc. Hydro, water and wifi are included. Shared consumables (toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.) are cost shared. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate and the shower is shared with two roommates. Other common spaces include a large living room, kitchen and laundry area. We don't have storage space beyond your room.
Month to month rental. 1/2 Month deposit required. Deposit is refundable with no damage.
