Currently seeking a tenant to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Fernwood from May - September. We live in a spacious bright apartment on the top floor of a gorgeous apartment building. We are the first tenants to live here since the new renovations. The room comes fully furnished if desired (with bed, dresser and shelves). We are within walking distance of downtown and Fernwood square and steps away from a bus stop. Heat and Hot water included as well as a parking space if desired. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is also a wonderful balcony!
Looking for a tenant who is easy going, friendly, responsible and looking for a wonderful place to spend their summer.
