Seeking a housemate for April 1st in our Haultain Corners/Fernwood home. Great location- minutes to Royal Jubilee hospital, UVIC, Camosun, and downtown.
About the space:
You would have the entire bottom floor (shown in photos) completely to yourself with a living room, flex space, and bedroom. There is plenty of storage, parking, and on site laundry. The house is newly renovated with new drywall, windows, flooring, kitchen and bathroom. We would only access your space to enter the garage for storage and laundry. The kitchen & bathroom (located on the top floor), and large yard would be shared amongst the three of us.
About us:
We are a mid twenties professional couple with a small, non-shedding, hypoallergenic dog named Sully. (Must love dogs). There is a door between the upstairs and downstairs so our dog would not ever be in your space.
We are looking for a CLEAN, quiet, respectful person to share the space with. When we are at home we like to cook, watch movies, and play cards.This is NOT a party house. We both work shift work and would like someone who is respectful of the hours we work/sleep. (We would do the same for you). *no couples *NP/NS
