Allow me to give a little introduction. Us; three working professionals (all male) who are looking for a like-minded individual that will contribute to a 'chill house vibe'. We are all in our 30's, enjoy playing music, cycling and cooking. We have a great patio for entertaining friends and definitely have some fun all the while respecting other peoples schedules.
That being said, on September 1st we are looking to rent a single room in a chill house and with a minimum 3 month lease (to figure out if it's a good fit). The room can come furnished (with a queen sized bed and a side table) or empty - it has a large closet and two windows and can fit quite a lot of stuff. We have lots of other storage available. On top of the rent, we pay for electricity, heat and internet (which can be anywhere from $50 - $90/month/each.) Internet is unlimited and we have most of the general household amenities so you can just move your stuff right in.
The house has 2.5 bathrooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fireplace, small backyard and garage.
I think we will instate a mandatory 'minimum two plants' to be added to the house when you move in. Just because plants are good.
You - (and we're gonna cut right to the chase) you have money, you have a sense of humour, you are clean and you have friends - in that order of importance as well. If you meet this criteria, then everything else can be discussed afterwards and a wicked autumn can be had.
