Some of the qualities that we are looking for; easy to communicate with, mature and self sufficient, kind and generally respectful and responsible...as well as a willingness and a joy to live with a child, and an easy going personality. We are all pretty easy to get along with. A good sense of humor and delight at being alive are a definite plus! Most important is the right fit for the house.
