I am currently looking for a Room OR a 1- Bdrm / Bachelor Suite OR Studio to Rent. I can afford between $650 & 800 per Month. I am currently Working & ideally looking for the James Bay / Downtown area(s) of Victoria, but will look at Oak Bay, Greater Victoria & Langford as well as long as I can get DT fairly quickly. I rely on Transit, so it has to be on a Transit Route & close to Grocery Stores.
I am Lady in my 40's & have been out here in Victoria, BC for 3 Years! A little about me...I am originally from Calgary, AB & spent 23 Years in the Administrative Filed in the Oil & Gas Industry. I decided to make a change for the better & start a new Chapter in my Life. I am easy-going, laid back, empathetic, respectful and like to give everyone their space.
