Located on the second level with a shared bathroom on the same floor. Shared access to fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom, and laundry, all of which are downstairs.
We're located on a quiet street, on a cal-de-sack just off Goldstream ave. We are about a 20-minute walk from Royal Roads University or a 5-10 minute bike ride. We are very close to the #50 bus. We have a beautiful backyard and sunroom that you are welcome to use for studying or relaxing.
Rent includes; bedroom, shared bathroom, laundry, kitchen, backyard, Wi-Fi and utilities.
Looking for a quiet individual, ideal for Royal Roads student but open to other options. Must clean up after yourself. This is a non-smoking home, with the perfect atmosphere for a student. We currently have one other student living with us, and we have an adorable cat that you are welcome to play with and pet!
