I am looking to sublet my unfurnished, bright, clean room for the month of August.
My lease ends at the end of August and as I will not be extending my lease another year come September there is potential for the room to be rented beyond just the August sublet! Could be a sublet turned into a year lease if desired.
Other roommates are two female UVIC students.
The suite is located right up the road from Hillside mall.
In suite laundry, wifi included, and hydro bill split every few months.
Rent is $550 plus $250 for the damage deposit.
Pets are welcomed if approved by the landlord (who is very nice and easy going).
