A large, comfortable bedroom in a fun house for Aug. 16 to Sep.16 (Short-term) in Victoria, British Columbia

I am going away in Europe and subleasing my bedroom in a two storey house for Aug.16 to Sep.16 on Burnside Rd East near Mayfair Shopping Mall. The room has a queen-size bed, built-in closet, desk, chair, and keyboard (if you like playing). Ideal for a single person who likes to socialize and/or dance.
We are mixed gender and international profile of five (including myself) two unit home. You will be sharing a kitchen and dinning room with one or two people upstairs and washer/dryer downstairs.
Sunny back garden with a vegetable garden. It will be great if you like gardening and watering plants.
Please note there is a lot of music and dance here and my roommate teaches small private dance classes from upstairs if not using outside studio. Also a cute little black cat lives downstairs and hangs out in the backyard. I am looking for a non-smoking person but some of my roommates smoke in the backyard.
We have a pretty easy going atmosphere but respectful of all. On the weekends sometimes we might have a social! (That's upper level of the house or in the garage! )
Location: Near Mayfair Shopping Center on Burnside; you're very close to Douglas Street - and the Gorge Rd, Uptown Complex and Downtown Victoria. You are also very close to the Gorge (Selkirk area) and the Galloping Goose Trail to bike, run or walk.
