1 bedroom available on 2nd floor, shared bathroom with one other tenant. House shared with owner who has private bathroom. Both tenants share hall linen closet.

The room is somewhat small. The dimensions are shown in ad photos. The room comes with a brand new murphy wall bed which fits a provided double sized mattress. The bed can be effortlessly lifted upright to free most of the floor space. The room also has a closet, a wall mounted flip down desk, and there will be an area for conventional desks in the living room.
