Downtown Summer Sublet from May 1st till August 31
Looking for female tenant to share a two bedroom apartment. We are renting out the one room as we will be gone for the summer. We are looking for someone who is clean, mature and responsible.
As you can see from the photos that we love gardening. Watering and taking care of the plans is a requirement and commitment that is expected from the tenant. So being a plant lover is a must!
As for the layout, the apartment is a two bedroom apartment with the largest room for rent. Wifi and utilities are included and access to the main computer (you’re welcome to play games and such). Access to living room, bathroom and kitchen is communal and will be shared with another roommate.
We are located in downtown Victoria close to Fernwood area. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the centre and bus stops are located just outside the building on Pandora. We are near grocery stores such as Wellburns, Fairway and Market on Yates. Bus rides to UVic are about 15 mins or so or you can choose to ride your bike as there is access to bike storage on location.
The apartment building has been newly renovated and is ready for move in. We look forward to hearing your response!
