2 rooms to rent, at 750/each, in a nice Vic West home, available May 1st. The rooms are on the first floor along with the living room, kitchen and bathroom. I would be occupying the upstairs with my two kids. It comes with some furniture and everything included (no cable) Washer/dryer as well. The house is bright and so are the bedrooms.
I am looking for nice people to share my space with. I would love another single mom, but a couple or children friendly people is also great. My kids are in daycare most days and I will be attending school in September. We will most likely be gone for most of June and July possibly.
I love this place; it is so convenient. It is close to Spiral cafe, Fry's bakery, Banfield park and Green elephant restaurant is basically across the street as well as a small convenient store. It's close to a bus stop or you can bike d-town in less than 10 minutes.
