Both rooms are available now and are both about 10x11 feet. It is a basement suite but both of us living here are 6 feet tall and we do fine. Laundry is shared with the upstairs suite and heat, hot water, electricity and internet are all included for $375 a month.
We are located right on quadra st near cloverdale and there is parking for one car available The house is bike friendly and very close to the lochside trail. The number 6 bus also stops right out front
Currently there are 2 of us living here, both men ages 32 and 40. We both work but different schedules so there is often lots of space in the house. In the past we have had male and female roommates and it has worked out well.
We are looking for someone who is responsible and able to get along well with others and contribute to a positive environment. Must be a stable person and be able to pay rent on time... Sketchbags need not apply
