I have a room in my basement suite available anytime between now and Feb 1st. The rent is $775 utilities included, internet about 40/month. The suite is pet friendly with one cat living in the suite. I would consider another pet for the right tenant. Laundry in house. Plenty of street parking. The suite is furnished, room is unfurnished. The house is right across from the beach. No smoking inside.
Me: 24 year old cis woman, very queer, full-time employed (Monday - Friday office job), starting school in January, quiet and fairly clean (not a neat freak), etc.
You: 21-30 years old (preferably), hopefully lgbtq+ identified or an ally, similar schedule to mine (due to early mornings), social but understands boundaries, good communicator, etc.
