1 or 2 Rooms Available in a Great House with Central Location in Victoria, British Columbia

2 rooms available in a great house with lots of space, available September 1. The place is located on Denman street and Shelbourn street. It is right next to the Royal jubilee hospital and along major bus routes. It is quick bike ride to downtown, Fernwood Village, UVic and Camosun.
Sergio and Brian will be the other tenants, and will also be moving in at the beginning of September. We are in our mid/late 20s, easy going people. We both work as chefs and enjoy cooking and being outdoors.
It is a 4 bedroom place, with one of the rooms being quite small. We would either rent that room out at a reduced price or just rent out the large room and split the cost 3 ways. The kitchen has a large fridge and a gas stove. There is lots of yard space, a big bright living room and a washer and dryer I the suite.
Reply with a description of yourself and when you would be available to meet us. We would prefer someone long term and willing to sign a 1 year lease. Reference will need to be provided to the landlord for approval.
