The deal: Available June 1st for $700/month all inclusive; utilities, garbage, compost, and WIFI. Laundry on site shared with other tenants only. Bonus of a house cleaner for common areas of the house including main bathroom, and a gardener. Spacious and bright room with large closet, unfurnished.
The (amazing) landlord: Lives on site in separate suite with her lovely old dog. Very quiet and considerate!
The place: Must love animals, as there are 3 friendly, well-behaved dogs and 2 cats living in the house. Unfortunately this means we are at capacity and cannot accept any more animals. Furnished and completely equipped, beautiful kitchen (with dishwasher!). Main bathroom shared between 2 tenants only. Close to movie theatre, plenty of grocery stores, bus routes, etc. Parking on street available. Small securely fenced yard. Close to Glen Lake, Langford Lake, Mt. Wells, and multiple beautiful walking spots.
You: Preferably female, 20-35 years old, non-smoking. Absolutely no smoking or drugs on property. Clean, reasonably quiet, and respectful of other tenants.
Me: A 26 year old vet tech going back to school in the fall for nursing. Early riser but try to stay quiet so as not to disturb anyone! Love long walks, yoga, board games, and eating ice cream with Netflix.
