The NuWave Oven Pro uses a combination of conduction heat like a conventional oven, convection heat, which circulates hot air around the food, and infrared heat, which penetrates food to cook on the outside and inside at the same time. You will cook your food up to 70 percent faster and use up to 75 percent less energy than a standard oven. It also allows you to use much less added fat than you would normally need. The elevated cooking rack allows fats and oils to drip away from foods, while the natural juices remain. You will be able to bake, broil, barbecue, roast, grill, steam, sear, and air-fry all in one convenient appliance. The NuWave infrared oven can accommodate most dishes, up to the size of a ten-pound turkey. It has convenient digital temperature controls that can be adjusted in single-degree increments from 100 degrees Fahrenheit to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The controls are intuitive and easy to use.
