Customer Service Attendants / Cooks
Seasonal on-call positions
You prepare and serve a variety of foods and beverages while ensuring cleanliness of the interior passenger and crew areas of the vessel. You prepare and cook menu items such as burgers and breakfasts, using grilling, oven and/or deep frying equipment. You perform cleaning duties including straining oil in deep fryers; cleaning grill surfaces and grease trays; mopping galley floors; and performing major cleaning of appliances and bulkheads as required. In addition, you assist in other areas of the galley including taking over the steam table; making toast, deep fried food, sandwiches, and salads; and washing dishes. Minimum qualifications include 1 year Culinary Arts program and 2 years' apprenticeship.
