A rejuvenated 1999 Specialized Crossroads hybrid.
Comes with the larger 700c alloy rims and has lots of rubber on the Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires - one of the most puncture resistant tires they sell.
This bike rolls really smoothly and maneuvers well on both pavement or gravel.
18" steel cro-moly frame is light yet strong and will fit a medium to a taller individual. (I'm just over 6 feet and it works for me.)
The 21 speed drivetrain comes with upgraded solid action and bullet proof thumb shifters for clean and easy shifting and the V brakes give you solid stopping ability.
The adjustable handlebar stem and riser bars provides several angle options for a safer heads-up ride in the city and on the Goose.
Comes with a comfy Specialized Body Geometry saddle (with a minor repair on the side where it fell against something sharp) and ergonomic grips to lessen the fatigue on your hands.
