Piano Studio for Rent! Practice or Teaching in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Are you looking for a place to practice piano or to teach? We have available:
$5/hr — Excellent Electric Yamaha full size weighted keyboard
$10/hr upright Yamaha piano
$15/hr Yamaha grand piano
All instruments in excellent condition as I am a concert pianist. Rates can be pro-rated. Please contact me for available times.
Studio rules:
1. Zero tolerance for food/drinks on the pianos.
2. No shoes in the studio
3. Anyone playing the piano must wash hands beforehand
4. Payment due immediately before commencing to use pianos. Most payment methods accepted.
Please include purpose for rental, requested times, and if using the grand piano, your musical background.
