mec camper 4 and footprint in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Mec camper 4 tent with footprint. This tent is bombproof! It can rain hard all night, and you won't get wet, I've had it hold up to 80km winds easily without even using the guylines. It sets up with 1 person in under 5 minutes and it has tons of room for you 2 others and your gear but I wouldn't try to fit 4 in here unless half of those people are kids.
I'm selling because I want something a little smaller for backcountry camping. These retail for $340 new, footprint is another $60 and after tax you are looking at about $450.
