Kona Ute utility bike + upgrades in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Gear up for spring! I bought this Kona Ute utility bike a year ago for work, but my commute changed and it's been ridden only sparingly. The bike is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic shape, no dings or damage. It wants to haul some cargo or kids and should go to someone who can put it to work!
One pannier is missing a buckle, but it still functions fine. Replacements can be had at MEC.
The bike is upgraded with a Brooks B17 saddle (https://www.mec.ca/en/product/5036-653/B17-Standard-Saddle), and ergonomic cork grips.
Priced for a quick sale: $1100 with the saddle or $1000 without.
