Custom built fixie in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Selling my fixie. Pulled all the parts together myself to make a pretty sweet setup in my opinion. Built on a Wabi Classic frameset that is made to build fixies on ($400 USD new alone). Frame has some minor paint issues and a small bit of surface rust in some places. Also had a crack near the back of the right chainstay (shown in 3rd picture) but had it welded by a custom frame builder here in Vic and havent had any problems in the 6 months of riding since it was fixed. It is a steel frame so it is able to be prepared by welding.
Believe it is a 58 cm frame. I am 6'2" and it fits me fine. Would probably fit someone as short as 5'10".
All other components are in very good condition. Wheels have been recently trued and a new chain was just put on as well as a new Shimano Sora brake.
Selling because I am moving to Vancouver for school and have nowhere to store it. Built it last summer and it has treated me beautifully.
Has both freewheel and fixed cog on flip flop hub. Running 46:18 gearing on both sides. Only has a front brake.
