For sale is a CT Be-Up Belay device. The design is optimized for effective friction with skinny ropes down to 7.3mm, as well as for lowering a second in autoblock mode under tension. The leveraged required to release the autoblock is reduced by bringing the anchor carabiner much closer in to the brake channels. Became my new favourite tube-style carabiner along with the DMM Pivot. Comparisons to the usual suspects from BD or Petzl aren't even worth making. Released in Europe last year, not distributed in North America yet. Partner and I switched to assisted braking devices for the time being hence the ad.
