Because the bike has been in storage for a while now one of the carburetor floats periodically sticks a little.... Sometimes it sticks sometimes it's fine, so it will likely need the carburetors cleaned. Priced carburetor cleaning at $350... you can just do it yourself if you're capable of taking it apart and spraying it with carburetor cleaner.
