Bulk lot of Legos - Visit to Lighthouse Island & Helms' Wheel Cafe in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Your grand Yacht has arrived at an Island I created in the sea! This action packed lot contains 9 Minifigures, 3 sea vessels and Parts from 4 sets:
Set 1 - 5770 Lighthouse from 2011 features:
1 - Minifigure: the lighthouse keeper
1 - Lightbrick that illuminates the rotating mirror bricks for a more realistic feel.
1 - Boat with power motor
2 - Seagulls with fish
1 - Wood stove in the interior that opens to the lighthouse ladder.
The original box and the 3 instruction books are in great shape you can use the parts from the main model to create 2 others.
Set 2 - 7346 Seaside House from 2012 features:
1- Female Minifigure
1 - Surfboard
This is the main model from the set using green instead of tan plates to match the overall theme. Instruction book for the house is included and in Immaculate condition.
Set 2 - The Helms' Wheel Outdoor cafe features:
1- Ships Steering Wheel
1 - Minifigure from 7346 w/chef's hat
1- Female patron
2 - Patio tables with rare umbrellas
1 - Barista station and frankfurter grill
1 - White Light Standard
1 - Rare Palm Tree no longer made
1 - Foot bridge over an extra blue plate with a female Minifigure
This set was created by me using some parts from 7346 and a lot of extra elements and accessories. There are no instructions but it's easy to rebuild using the picture.
Set 4 - 41015 Dolphin Cruiser from 2013 features:
2 - Dolphins in 2 colors
4 - Minifigures: The captain, Sea-doo driver, Water skier and a Deep Sea Diver.
1 - Waterslide and outdoor shower
Fully detailed interior with 2 beds, washroom, kitchen and living room.
1 - Top deck stand-up bar and stereo speakers
This set has black elements replacing the original ones. The original minifigures and 4 windows have also been replaced. The Sea-doo is now red
Comes with the original instructions in Immaculate condition.
All of these sets are now retired and with the extra elements it is a great value! And this Lot is a great collection of Maritime fun!
