I'm Mark Paterson and I have had a licensed full service bonsai business since 2007. I am president of the Vancouver Island Bonsai Society, a volunteer member of the bonsai gardens at the Horticultural Center of the Pacific, and the bonsai in the Greater Victoria Art Gallery. I lecture at horticultural colleges, elementary and middle schools, for garden clubs and garden centers. I also teach bonsai at $35 an hour for general or topic specific classes. Multiple people are an extra $20 per person.
I have over 200 bonsai and pre-bonsai.
I have brought in some decades old stock created for bonsai. I also have wild collected material.
Prices start at $55 for some cute bonsai with a little shape, but most product is well over $100. I have a small selection of tools and I sell great bonsai soil.

I cannot keep my website updated with current pictures due to products growing constantly, regular repotting and trimming, and trees being sold.
