Sofa couch $150 in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Dark Red Couch - The person who agreed to buy them was gifted with a couch set and has pulled out of the handshake deal - so my ad is up again.
I bought it this past year from the Brick and I thought I would like the leather style, but I just slip around too much for my seating pleasure - so I went back to a fabric couch.
Made of leather-look fabric which feels and looks pretty decent. Very easy to wipe spills off of. A good comfy medium firmness.
The couch is in good shape, however, a small child did have its way with a sharpie marker on one of the seat cushions on the sofa. It is mostly removed, but there are some very faint lines that must be mentioned and can be seen photo 2 and 3.
The couch is priced according to the marker damage.
It is a pet-free, non-smoking, bug-free home as well
- thats better than a mystery value village couch.
A great set for students on a budget. They both got into my small apartment elevator so I am sure it can easily get into your place too.
