Queen size loft bed in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Up for sale is my hand made , custom built, queen size loft bed.
It is perfect for someone who is 5'11 or under. The bed fits perfectly with a 9.5ft ceiling. Legs can be shortened depending on room height.
I've used it for the past year and it was incredibly sturdy. Built by a carpenter, doesn't shake and can hold up to four adults.
Would like to see if there is general interest. In no rush to sell and would like it gone by the end of the month.
For a bit extra, I'll include shipping and assembly of the bed frame, as well as any height accommodations of the room
