Queen size box spring, mattress, headboard and frame. There is one small sweat spot on the mattress (see photo), otherwise in great shape. It's a Grange Springwall Chiropractic.
The frame is heavy duty, and is worth $150 by itself. The headboard is in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the bolts to attach the headboard to the frame are awol, but it works well as is.
I'll throw in a synthetic sheepskin mattress pad and an Obus Forme mattress protector.
