Great Space Saver !!
Comes new as a partially assembled kit made from 3/4" paintable MDF with routed (raised panel look) face panels and crown trim.
Hardware (mechanism, rails, and stiffeners) are solid steel and come from Murphy Beds (Chicago).
Very strong and durable unit.
15.5"d X 59.5"w X 82.5"h (dimensions are without crown which can be adjusted)
Note: Unit does not include a mattress, but will accommodate one up to 10" thick.
