Modern Grey Microfiber Couch - $500 in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

1 year old modern grey microfiber couch. In excellent condition, no stains and barely used! Currently sells at The Brick for $1000. I'm only selling it because I found another couch that I like the colour of better. Larger than it appears in some of the pictures , the dimensions are 81in wide, 39in deep and 34in high including the back cushions which extend above the actual frame. The colour is a slight bit more blue than the swatch photo shows up as but is pretty true to colour in the first photo. There are also a pair of matching square throw cushions not pictured which would be included. I am right downtown Victoria, the offer is pick-up only.
