This is a nice loft bed that includes a desk, hutch, a closet and a set of drawers on the lower level and a twin size bed above. The mattress is included. It is ideal for a small room where you need to fit everything into a limited amount of space. The bed is made of vinyl covered MDF and is done with a simulated wood look with gray trim. The colour works well in either a girl's room, or a boy's. It is 95 inches long, 47 inches deep and 75 inches high. The unit is in good condition, although some of the original hardware broke and has been replaced with more sturdy hardware. There is an instruction book with the bed that shows how everything goes together. The first picture that shows the stuff in it is from the product advertising, and the other pictures are the actual unit that is listed for sale.
