*This futon has a pocket spring mattress (worth $150) which is way better than the regular foam mattress that usually comes with it (that foam mattress costs only 100$).
*The pocket spring mattress is always out of stock in Vancouver due to being so popular. I had to drive to Seattle to get them. With the cover and frame, the whole futon goes up to $350+ tax as you can see on the IKEA link below.
*I have 3 of them for sale (one is already reserved for March). We used the futons for less than a year for airbnb, but we are moving and cannot bring it with us to our new place. One is available now and the two others will be available in March.
*All come with cover, pocket spring mattress and frame. I'll thrown in a blue foam topper for each with your purchase. An extra value of $75.
