High-End Leather Recliner in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

This American Leathers recliner is top-of-the-line in recliners and the only reason I am selling it is because I was forced to downsize due to my wife's passing.
This identical chair sells for $5500.00 at Sager's so at the asking price, this is a steal. Solidly-built with a steel base and stainless steel pedestal. Not only does it recline, it also swivels, as one would expect from this type of quality chair. A small lever on the inside of the right arm provides the release of the recline mechanism.If you are looking for a recliner that truly supports your weight, this is it. It is quite heavy, so moving it might require a couple of strong bodies.
The dark area on the head rest is only from hair oil, but has not affected the integrity of the leather itself - this flaw reflected in the price. Comes from a senior's smoke and pet-free residence.
Price is OBO...please, no low-ballers.....this is one worth=-the-asking-price chair.
