Space for Part-Time Healing Arts Practitioners in Victoria, British Columbia

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST wanted for part-time treatment room space.
The Fisgard St Forum is moving its premises, but we haven't chosen our new home yet. It is our intention to offer a variety of treatment rooms for practitioners of the care and healing arts, including, but not limited to:
- Acupuncture, Acupressure
- Massage Therapy (all modalities)
- Counseling (all modalities)
- Hypnosis
- Reiki
- Applied Kinesiology
- Ayurveda
- Etc
NO COMMITMENT REQUIRED
At this time, we are not selling the spaces, but looking for expressions of interest. No commitment required. Please send us a note with your needs, ideas and questions.
These rooms would be available to be booked on a part-time, regular basis for those who do not require full time clinic support, as little as 4 hours per week. We will offer reception service but not booking or payment services. We are a space rental company, not an official clinic. The new location will be near downtown Victoria, close to major bus routes.
We would love to hear from you. If you are interested (again, no commitment required at this time) please tell us a bit about your practice and a bit about your needs. What size room do you require? What amenities? What supplies do you need to store on site? What degree of privacy, ie. just visual or also auditory? Are you a counselor, needing comfortable chairs, or a masseuse needing a table? Tell us whatever you feel comfortable disclosing.
What we offer:
- Nicely appointed treatment rooms of various sizes and functions
- Times available: 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm Saturday and Sunday
- Waiting room
- Quiet room for your clients' use before and/or after treatments
- Laundry service for towels, sheets, etc.
- Reception service 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday
- A boardroom would be available for meetings and classes at a reasonable extra charge per hour
- Coffee and water service
- Break room
- Washrooms
